NEWS UPDATE................PUK WINTER CHAMPIONSHIPS ....MARCH 2008 KARITZI`S former stud stallion SUNRAY SCENARIO (148cm Part Bred Arab) qualified for the DOWNLAND SMUGGLE WORKERS and jumped one of the only two clear rounds and became Reserve Champion. He also gained 2nd. place in Competition/Dressage and was in the ribbons in the ZENITH STYLE JUMPING Well done Red and Cath......not bad for a 19 year old Part Bred Arab, former Show Pony who only started jumping last year!!!

Sensation is full blood sister to our junior stallion Saristocrat and has produced 6-fillies and 2-colts to date, proving as successful a brood mare, as her illustrious dam Karitzi.
IT IS WITH GREAT SADNESS THAT THIS VERY BEAUTIFUL LADY LEFT US FOR PASTURES NEW, ON APRIL 7th. 2007. SHE SUFFERED A MASSIVE HEART ATTACK AND COLLAPSED AS SHE GRAZED. SENSATION IS NOW AT REST IN THE PADDOCKS. VERY SADLY MISSED AND A TERRIBLE SHOCK AS SHE WAS ONLY 15 YEARS OLD.

Sadly in 1992 Sincerity`s Show career ended when a blackthorn embedded in her knee resulting in massive infection. Drastic surgery saved her life but left her with a badly scarred knee. However, she has been the most prolific breeder of Br.Nat. Champs., In Hand and Ridden offspring. APRES NOUS, APRES MOI and TOUT A FAIT being her most well known. Sincerity has just produced another Filly for owner Linda Alexandroff, who purchased the Mare from us, as a foal. All Sincerity`s offspring are winners and Champions at Major Show Level. The above Thoroughbred lady is LITTLE-MAUREEN GSB (Cavo Doro/Golden Opinions) Maureen came to us, after a successful race career over fences when she was six years old and left us following a sudden short illness 2004 when she was 24yrs old (the pics taken just a week before we lost her) We successfully reared her foal SUNRAY SENTIMENT with his milk provided in a bucket and our Welsh A mare acting as surrogate Mum. Maureen produced eight Anglo foals, sired by Sunray Scelebrity and Sunray Superstar...........all without exception being in Hand or Ridden Champions. Her final filly (2002) has been retained to continue the bloodfline...see her below |
